Novelty B&B is in the heart of Rome, 300 mt. from Colosseum in a ancient building Umbertina, quiet and silent area, soundproof from the road noise and away from smog.

Interiors restructured in an apartment with floor in Travertino Parquet and glass mosaics in bath, 2 double rooms, with all comforts, bath showers.

Breakfast in the morning for all guests. You will have the keys of the guesthouse.

CHECK OUT : by 10am

On request for check in /out, out of this timetable, the clients will pay a little commission to Novelty of 20 euros
