It's on the 2nd floor of a Milan's 20's architecture style residential building, with elevator service. There are numerous coffee bars where one can enjoy the typically Milanese lifestyle. Very comfortable and modern design bedroom, furnished to assure you a maxim comfort, the highest quality of furniture and great design makes of this apartment the best of apartment stay. It's composed of a big living room, with carefully selected furniture, with a dining table and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully furnished. Very prestigious residential building and a beautiful garden with the statue guarantees you the peaceful and nice vacations, although you're situated in a very heart of the Milanese frenetic business, fashion and tourist center.

You're due to contact us to arrange your check-in through the telephone number provided with the booking confirmation or by the email at least 24H before arrival.

In case of any delays (flight delays, train ecc) on arrival day you are due to contact us immediately and set the new check in time on: number provided with the booking confirmation at least 2H before your arrival since one of our stuff has to come in front of the apartment and do a check in.

In case you may have delays on arrival day and dop not inform Us at least 2H before your arrival at the apartmen we may charge you 25euros due to the time that one of our stuff may waste waiting for you in front of the apartment.

In case of no notification from your part regarding your arrival time you might find yourself without the possibility to do the check in and you will be charged for the first night as 'no show' case.

Arrival without prior notification or communications from your part, releases us from any responsibility in case of check-in delays

Please read the following information regarding the supplementary charges:

Regarding bookings for 1 NIGHT STAY you will be charged extra 50 euros (includes final cleaning services) and 30EUR for check in procedure after 20:00 CET Regarding bookings for 2 NIGHTS STAY you will be charged extra 25 euros (includes final cleaning services) and 30EUR for check in procedure after 20:00 CET and festivity.

Regarding bookings for 3 NIGHTS STAY OR MORE THERE WILL BE NO SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES.

In case of no communication regarding the arrival time after 20:00 on the day of your arrival, your booking will be treated as a ?no show?

case with the penalty of the booking annulment and we will charge you for the first night of your booking.

Our check-in is done from 14:00H to 23:59 CET. Check-out until 12:00 CET.

The check in will be made in the apartment where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.

We apply €30 fee for late check-in: after 20:00 CET Please contact Us as soon as possible to arrange the check-in!

It is crucial to finish the reservation process successfully.

Deposit in cash or credit card details requiered upon arrival.
