The overall stay was just fine; you get a great room for a great price. We also had a little kitchen, wich was just fine. Too bad we were with four people (we booked for five) and there were for example just 2 coffeecups and 3 soupcups. So we improvised a little. Our appartment was just 1 big room, with lots of possibilities to expand the number of beds, wich was just fine.
The location is also good.

The overall stay was just fine; you get a great room for a great price. We also had a little kitchen, wich was just fine. Too bad we were with four people (we booked for five) and there were for example just 2 coffeecups and 3 soupcups. So we improvised a little. Our appartment was just 1 big room, with lots of possibilities to expand the number of beds, wich was just fine.
The location is also good. It looks a bit like your very downtown, but your about 5 minutes (walk) away from very nice bars en small restaurants. Also when you walk the other way, you will find shops after 3 minutes and the big shopping (Zara, H&M, Bershka and other italian shops) you will find about 10 minutes away from the appartment.
The walk to de Duomo is also very pleasant (you'll walk through the shoppingstreets) and about 15 minutes away from the hotel.
The man who arranges everything (Marco) is very friendly and his english is relatively good. For example: something broke in our room and we didn't want to leave without telling, and Marco came immediatly, wanted to fix it.
The appartment was very clean and I can't really think of anything to complain about. Your near the subway (about a 2minute walk) and the nearest supermarket is about half a minute away. The only thing I can think of - but we were there in November - that de floor in our appartment was very cold, though modern. Don't forget to bring your slippers!
Another thing: everywhere in Milan places like bars en hotels claim they have Wifi, also like Aramis mentions. Though the Wifi was difficult to find; sometimes my friends got e-mails in the elevator and at the office of Marco, while the Wifi should be available downstairs at the lobby. But Marco is always there to help you and you can ask anything!
Also a good thing to mention: there is a cash dispenser at the headentrance of the appartentcomplex (you also have a little courtyard). I must say that there are a lot of banks in Milan, so don't worry you can't spend your money.
Conclusion: I would certainly go there again. It's clean, the price was just fine and the location was good.
