We are located in the flat iron district - one of New York's hottest neighborhoods. Ideal if you want to be in the heart of Silicon Alley or near Midtown just 15 minutes walking distance from Empire State Building, the Village, the photo district, the Toy Center and Gift Building or where all the hippest restaurants and clubs are located.

All rooms include refrigerator- silverware and plates upon request.

Our rooms are equipped with safes for personal belongings and have double-locked doors for peace of mind. The lobby is well secured with 24-hour video surveillance.

Our rooms have one double bed, room is private and you share bath with only one other room next door. All rooms have color TV with basic cable, telephone with voice mail, air conditioner. Ironing and hair-dryer appliances are available free of charge upon request with the front desk.
