A 65 metres square fully furnished apartment located in front of the 'Sagrada Familia'.

This apartment has a capacity for five. It consists of one twin room, one room with bunk beds and one single room. In the living room you can find a sofa, colour TV, DVD. We offer a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee makers, all the appliances you need for a good stay. There is one bathroom and one WC (hairdryer). The apartment also had both air conditioning and central heating and towels, sheets and blankets are included.

Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Diposit: 150 euros

Cleaning: 46 euros

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:

10 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

15 euros (23:01 pm to 8:00 am)

CHECK OUT 11 am

Cancellations need to be done 7 days in advance, directly with the hostel.
